Although the CT4-V Blackwing and the M3 are both power house sedans available with a 6 speed manual transmission; Cadillac doesn’t want us comparing the CT4-V Blackwing up against the BMW M3. They say their CT4-V Blackwing competes with the BMW M2. So let’s do just that.
The new 2024 BMW M2 is polarizing to say the least. Some people love the look, while other despise the boxy elements that BMW integrated into their design of the M2. The CT4-V Blackwing on the other hand has a front end that most adore. The rear, well, you can leave your option in the comments.
Although we feel the CT4-V Blackwing is better compared to the sedan BMW M3 (check out that article here), Cadillac says it’s more of a M2 competitor. Price wise, they are definitely more in line. American luxury and power vs German luxury and power.
